Ingredients:
5 Avocados
3 small tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 lemon or lime and 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic
Sliced jalepenos, onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, salt & pepper
Remove pits and skin from avocados
Chop tomatoes and onion into small pieces
Finely chop garlic and jalepenos
Mix all chopped vegetables into a bowl
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon or lime into to the mix
Mix in avocados, about 1 tsp each of onion powder, garlic salt and cayenne pepper
Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste
You can use an avocado pit to help keep it fresh and green!
Serve with corn chips or veggie sticks
or
Use on tacos, rice & beans, quesadillas or burritos!
